Dusted with a simple rub of salt, pepper, and two other spices that shall remain a secret. A crowd favorite.
ST LOUIS PORK RIBS
Using our basic pork rub and smoked with Flathead Cherry Wood until moist and tender.
PULLED PORK
Seasoned with house rub and slow-smoked with Flathead Cherry Wood.
Beef Tri-Tip
Sourced from a ranch in eastern Montana, it’s 100% grass-fed beef that starts
in the smoker and is finished off on the char-grill to medium temperature.
